Great site for Service of electric 4 head machine(hp500)

I know this site well and knew their machine is kept in good condition, they phoned for a service and pumping problems.

Let's see what I found.

First 5 pictures shows the strip down of dead weight and solenoid valve and exhaust box.

Last 3 pictures shows pump stripped down, reason found for not pumping was solid shortening in filter return pipe.

Cleared blockage by using a blow torch and advised customer to try and clear oil from pump line before it goes cold over night.

Parts stripped down and cleaned with chemical.

Machine looked as good as new, straight coupler on dead weight had corrosion so was replaced during rebuild.

Nice and shiny and the shop owner was pleased with the results.
