6 head fryer

I had an enquiry recently about a 6 head from another engineer and thought it might be of interest to show one. Completed a service on this one today. As a fully electric machine it was simply complete electrical tests, visually inspect wiring and seals, clean dead weight and test cook to make sure everything functions correctly. Just incase Jack is checking this out you can see they are quite basic. There are 3 circular elements under the oil that gets snagged by the basket and get pulled out of shape by the cook who impatiently tries to lift the basket, they are a pain to change.
